Hello,
Approximately 20 days ago, my Valorant account was banned due to alleged use of third-party software. However, I want to state clearly that I have never used any cheating software or tools in Valorant.
To explain the situation in detail: about a month before the ban, I purchased cheats for another game — CS (Counter-Strike) — and I shared the payment receipts with Riot to be fully transparent. I explained in my tickets that this was unrelated to Valorant, and that I have never used any form of cheating or third-party software in Valorant.
I even stated that I am willing to do whatever it takes to prove my innocence, and requested that my match history or gameplay be reviewed if possible. Despite this, I continue to receive generic template responses claiming there is “clear evidence” and that the ban will not be reversed — without being provided any specific explanation or meaningful assistance.
For the past 20 days, I have submitted tickets daily, hoping that someone would truly look into my case. Unfortunately, I am either ignored or receive the same automatic reply.
I respectfully request that my case be thoroughly reviewed by a real support agent, as I strongly believe there has been a misunderstanding. My account name is voztuu#TR24 and I kindly ask for your help in resolving this matter.
