Hi people how do I make a suggestion to frontier for planet zoo
correct. Frontier does not want your suggestions lol. They only have the option for support. If you feel your suggestion is serious and warranted you can put it in a help ticket. otherwise, youre out of luck

Sounds good! Just be prepared to get some crap at the beginning. You'll get a few reds and yellows in the mix. Otters are pretty easy to breed so I think that's a nice choice to start with

Well that's up to you, the initial investment into the animals will cost some CC if you want to buy high stats. You can grab 2 of the highest and try from there or buy a high one and place with.

Let's say you get one that's 100/100/92/100. You want to increase the fertility. So pair with something that's 92/100/100/100. So you are ensuring at least one of each parent has 100 in each spot.

With enough habitats you'll have plenty of familial diversity so you can swap them to other habitats without inbreeding worries

There is still a lot of RNG involved. You are never guaranteed to get all 100s even with 2 parents of high genetics. It's trial and error and patience.
One male and 2-3 females. Get your litter and keep the highest one. Move that one to a new habitat and place with another high state one. Rinse repeatedly into several habitats. Sell/release anything under 92 and just keep trucking along.

Keep it simple. Basic grid layout. Keep everything tight and close, no need to spread out for scenery or decorations. Your goal is not making money, only staying afloat and breaking even. No need for much customization.
Save up some animals from other zoos to sell for cash to help get started, you'll need several habitats per species and lots of staff to keep it going efficiently.

Bug during mechanical searches
there are different types of mechanic research. Some research is for construction items, some for barriers, etc. What exactly are you trying to unlock?
