Cloudfare R2 rate limit
Doesn't Cloudflare R2 have a limit on the number of concurrent uploads? Isn't there a rate limit in place?

R2 API rate limits
Hi Team,
I have a question about how generating pre-signed URLs for uploads affects my API limits in R2
1.) If I only generate a pre-signed URL for uploading an object, does this operation alone count toward my API request limit?
2.) After generating the pre-signed URL, when the actual upload is performed using that URL, does the upload itself count toward my API limits, or is it excluded once the URL is generated?
3.) After uploading an image, if I request to view it, is that also counted for API limit?
4.) I see the limit as 1200, does that mean I can generate only 1200 presigned URL for users to uplaod images?
I am trying to understand how it affects my usage limits and costs.
