Why did one of my Enchant's dissapear from my inventory?
So around 5 to 4 month's ago, i have joined the game, and my enchant (Lighting) Disappeared. So i decided to report it to the server, some people said that it's a bug and it'll be fixed, but the lighting NEVER returned to my inventory.

I have an problem
So yesterday i joined combat warriors, and i saw a message that some of my items are gone, i was confused so i checked my inventory and there was one enchant missing, the purple lighting that i spent alot of time to have. Can someone help me?
