Wondering what my costs will be?
We are currently using Cloudflare Stream for video streaming and Cloudflare R2 for image storage in our digital keepsake platform.
We’re trying to calculate the average annual cost per user for our service and would appreciate your assistance in verifying our estimates.
Our Use Case:
• Videos per User: 20 videos
• Video Length: 1 minute each
• Views per Video: 100 views annually per video
Estimated Costs:
1. Storage Cost:
• We’ve estimated the storage cost at $0.10 per month for 20 videos, which totals $1.20 per year.
2. Streaming Cost:
• We’ve estimated the streaming cost at $2.00 per year for 20 videos with 100 views each.
Questions:
• Could you confirm if these cost estimates are accurate for the use case described?
• Are there any additional costs we should consider, such as encoding or other operational expenses related to video streaming or storage?
• If our calculations are incorrect, could you provide guidance on how we should approach this estimation?
