Dev instance does not show in alias
Fabio: I have noticed that Cloudflare will not notify you if you have two different apps (worker/pages) using the same custom domain. I did that accidentally and the resolution was to simply remove the old worker app using the custom domain.

Fabio: Can you check your DNS records to verify the apex domain is set to the dev record?
