Souvenir shop bug?
Sorry, just saw your other message. The modular souvenir shops are supposed to work now but some people still have this problem. I don't use them, I either use the standard shops or the stalls that you can place inside a building as we did before we got the modular option. You can still use the shelves as decoration but guests won't browse them.
