A: The idea behind numismatics was making it easy and open for server admins or modpack devs to add ways to get money, hence by default we don't include any way of obtaining money, for servers we recommend setting up a creative vendor buying stuff and giving money, and for modpacks we recommend setting up loot tables for mobs to drop them or something of the like.
