good specs bad fps
does anyone know why i get 200 fps with an i9-9900KF and a 2060 super 32g ram? I was told and google says i should be averaging 400.

Secure boot/TPM 2.0
I got the error message that I need Tpm 2.0 enabled to play val and I went into bios and turned it on and it still pops up after 2 min of playing. Anyone know any fixes I’m on windows 11.
