Old DNS cache

I've adquired a "new" domain from Hostinger, but the MX records are being propagated from Cloudflare. I think this error is related with an old cache, but I don't have any way to solve it. Anyone knows how can I ask to remove a DNS cache from Cloudflare? Thank you in advance.
