Need help from riot staff
I was off valorant for atleast 2-3 weeks because of exams and my account got hacked, i've got the account back just recently by changing my password with my old email provided via riot but i logged in to see that i was locked out of my account for a year because of "MMR boosting" which i didn't do and didn't even know happened. Ive already went back and forth with Valorant support but got no help. Could an actual riot staff help me instead of telling me the same thing over and over again?
