i got banned for fallse reason

i was playing a comp match out of no where my game got me a connection error and i tired to open the game and i was back to playing aftet the game i got banned 2 weeks from comp i got banned for game can i unban my account or support make the time shorter

i cant open valorant

im clicking on play on riot games there is a black screen for 4 sec and it automatically cashes and nothing is happening how can i fix that
