game lagging when reloading kuronami vandal

when i relaod kuronami vandal in the game it stutters for no reason. My pc runs upwards of 200+ fps on high settigs and i have have no idea what causes this issue

I have a pretty decent pc that can run 200+ fps on high settings but my game stutters on early rounds and for some reason only the first time I reload a kuronami vandal? I need help trying to fix the stuttering problem. Have already tried updating windows and drivers.
