kind of weird that your posting this in the valorant server but ill still help, you can use AMD Adrenaline to do it or i think MSI Afterburner, i personally use AMD Adrenaline so probably use that one. Those are the only softwares i know that can alter those kind of stats, if you want to pin it then idk

This should hopefully be easy to fix, considering i also use MSI and ran into pretty much the same problem.
What i found is to go into the search bar in the bios and filter it by searching specifically for secure boot/TPM, that pretty much solved my issue for me
