account ban is permanent but you'll be able to play in a new account after 4 months

Game freezes entire pc and I cant close the application

You can try lowering your Valorant graphics, open Settings by pressing ESCAPE in your keyboard, then go to VIDEO settings and turn down settings like "Texture quality", "Details quality" etc.
