Antec core hs/Ayaneo Slide - Bazzite Os - restarts alone
I have the same model of handheld console and encountered the same issue. It restarts by itself.

Do you mean modifying kargs with the following command?
rpm-ostree kargs --append-if-missing=video=eDP-1:panel_orientation=right_side_up
