It's no different than being banned or penalty for me. can some one help me please?
Sometimes I have to leave the game for "Really" important reasons (such as family issues and connection problems). For this reason the system gave me a 1-month penalty just yesterday. Normally I should get a ban for unranked and ranked games but I can't even enter the game, I'm literally banned. If there is a solution to remove or reduce this penalty, please help.
