valorant freezing immediately after i click on it
when i load up valorant on my laptop it seems to appear normal and i can see the menu and animations, however when i click on it the game freezes instantly. i can still hear the background music and click on stuff but the screen stays exactly the same as when i first clicked on it. i'm assuming it goes into fullscreen mode which makes it freeze somehow.
i have already tried:
-reinstalling video drivers
-updating video drivers
-using 2nd monitor/different resolutions
-wiping all riot game files and reinstalling
-launching valorant on safe boot
other fullscreen games do not have this issue (fortnite aimlabs apex etc)
answer would be appreciated i've spent almost 6 hours trying to figure this out
