if u get it every round then every round you either have someone with a terrible pc or laptop or it is yours. it might be that your pc/laptop has a harder time running valorant. You can change all of the graphic settings to make the game run smoother

Usually it is another player in the same match. If it takes their device longer to load in then everyone will have to sit in the match loading screen.
