Vanguard not installed
I tried to play valorant but when I open it, it loads in and says vanguard isnt installed, I rebooted my PC multiple time but it doesnt work. Please help

Not updating and cant uninstall.
When I want to update valorant on Riot client it does it normally and stops at 7% exactly (at 7% it downloads with 0.1kb), I checked my connection which has 970 download mbs, I restarted my PC and I even wanted to uninstall the game and reinstall it but it doesnt work??? Please help me
