Idk tho if you're able to get better internet/just connect your internet directly to your PC it'll probably help more than actual advice on the game

for some reason its lagging for me in valorant altough i have good wifi have any fixes?
Ping, fps or packet loss?? Enable all those stats in settings. It's on the third tab under "video" and just enable packet loss %, client fps and ping you should already see lol. Will help a lot with solving your issue, as it's easier to find out what causes the lag

For many iron players just warming up with deathmatches and improving aim+crosshair placement is enough to win, try to tap heads in all deathmatches, in comp you can allow yourself to spray sometimes but preferably tap heads then as well. Do you also mind telling me what server you're on?
