I play from ivory coast, and its located in west africa and i've been playing valo for a year now, i have been struggling on 100 ping playing on paris/london servers and i wanted to know, why no servers in south africa or sum? idk

Banned
So i have a new account and i just reached level 20, i get out of the spike rush and click on comp, and it says that i have been banned for 89 hours, for no reason i didnt do nothing wrong but i am banned right after reaching level 20 wtf?
