Help with hacked account!
Hello, your support system is terribly flawed! My account has been hacked and the hacker changed the password and DNS records of my domain so I can't receive the password reset email at all. And when I tried to contact your support, you keep insisting that I log in to my account first. How the heck do I log in when the password of my account has been changed by the hacker?? There is no logic in your process at all! And now I wonder what the hackers are messing with all my domains! Please get back to me ASAP, this is URGENT!
