You must have VALORANT installed on your C: hard drive to avoid problems.
Be sure to include exceptions in your firewall so that both VALORANT and Vanguard are not blocked.
I leave you the steps below:
- Press the Windows key
- Write "Control Panel" and access it.
- Click on System and security
- Click on Windows Firewall
- Click on "allow an app or feature"
Add exceptions individually for applications:
C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\VALORANT.exe
C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\VALORANT-Win64-Shipping
C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard\vgc.exe
C:\Riot Games\Riot Client\RiotClientServices.exe

To make sure your version of Windows is up to date, search for "Windows Update" in the start menu and run the program to update it.
Since sometimes the game needs administrator permissions to run properly, I am going to leave you with a series of steps to follow:
-Right click on the VALORANT shortcut
-Select Properties
-In the Compatibility tab, check the option ''Run this program as administrator''
