VFX Issue

For Deadlock mostly, but ive seen it happen on Neon. Deadlocks sound sensors have a small effect around them that sort of looks like a spider web constantly moving. This stays on for MULTIPLE rounds after, even to the point where it never goes away. Ill try to get a picture of it when I can
