Valorant hiding every overlay when fullscreen/windowed fullscreen
Whenever I go into the Valorant window, I notice that every single overlay not part of the game will suddenly disappear, including Discord calls and even my mouse. It's a really annoying issue because I cannot see where my cursor is in the menus. I do not have OBS open and pointer trails are disabled, and yet the issue still persists.

Why can't I hit shots whatsoever?
So, I'm a Bronze II who previously used to grind the game constantly and recently just came back after a very long break. However, I've seen zero improvement between then and now. I'm even hardstuck at the exact same rank as I was before!
I swear my aim isn't bad; I used to dominate in games such as Roblox Arsenal and Rainbow Six Siege, but for some reason this game just doesn't let me hit shots like I can on those games. I've watched tutorial after tutorial: "How to get calm aim", "The REAL reason you're missing shots", "Why you suck at aiming" and they don't work. I don't "apply tension on my mouse", I deliberately take a moment to try and adjust my crosshair, everything! Like, at this point it feels like either this game is broken or it's purposefully designed to be bullshit. I'm tired of being either the bottom frag on a winning team or the top frag on a losing team.

Was this bug ever patched?
A while back, there was a bug that would occur where the game would bluescreen your computer after roughly ~30 minutes if you did not have Memory Integrity settings enabled. I'm wondering if they ever patched this, as I haven't played in a long time and haven't seen it mentioned in any update log.
