6. Don't forget to update your Graphic Driver (Especially for dual graphics users)
• Download any trusted driver updater (ex: DriverEasy)
• Check for the update
• Update to your latest version and wait until it's done
I have this issue before and just found a thing that affect this issue is old driver version from Integrated Graphics Card (I5-12450H)
