The same thing happened to me and my bf
I know he also tried something with the bios (spam click delete while it’s booting up) but i don’t think he had the nerves and patience to do it like that haha
I asked him what he did and he doesn’t really remember but it had something to do with turning off the virtualisation/virtual machine

Try something else than a duelist perhaps, since you’re not playing at your best on the duelists
And really please don’t ff so much bc everything is comebackable
