Hello, I was given a band due to my weak network, and I was playing UNRATED, so my network was disconnected. I was kicked out of the game and could not enter. When I entered the game today, I was surprised that I was given a band for approximately twenty days in COMPETITIVE without any reason. I hope. I want my band to be unlocked as soon as possible because I want to play the game and I do not have another account
