does cloudflare do any routing internally when I make a request from a worker to my ethereum gateway that is optimized/behind the intranet? or does a request like this have to traverse the open internet to get to the gateway?

bindings deployed with wrangler.toml
my ideal would be being able to specify all of my app's configuration and interlinking with wrangler.toml, run a deploy command, and have it get mirrored to cloudflare (rather than clicking through UI to do all this)
