service binding for ethereum gateway
I am paying for a cloudflare ethereum gateway and I am wondering if it's possible to bind a worker to it via regular binding or service binding to take advantage of the things listed here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/runtime-apis/bindings/service-bindings/

Nope, Service Bindings are for connecting to other Workers on your account

does cloudflare do any routing internally when I make a request from a worker to my ethereum gateway that is optimized/behind the intranet? or does a request like this have to traverse the open internet to get to the gateway?
just trying to drive down latency from my worker responses and wondering if there's latency to consider between worker <> eth gateway
