Hardware RAID 0 compatibility issue with HP z420
No help needed; I'm posting this an FYI for other users who encounter the same issue
Hi all: towards the end of the Bazzite installation process (cleaning scripts portion if I remember correctly), the installer throws an error and halts installation. This occurred with bazzite-deck and non-deck versions for AMD GPUs.
The error message details were exteremely long and I don't have the exact message, but it related to PCI issues. I initially thought the problem was related to Ventoy, but after troubleshooting I disabled my RAID 0 hardware array that I was installing bazzite on and that fixed the issue. (I'm sure a software array would be better here anyhow).
Love bazzite and the team here. Thanks! (And again, no help needed -- got bazzite up and running smoothly w/o the hardware RAID!)
