buying vp through paypal (canada)
why is it when i buy vp through paypal, riot keeps charging my linked debit card account instead of my paypal balance? i tried to purchase again but this time i removed my debit, but it wouldn’t let me continue my purchase. there’s plenty of money on my paypal balance so what’s up with that?
