Bro it's script error i also face this problem after clear data of termux it works normal
But I want to ask one thing you download termux from Play Store or from f droid if you have download termux from Play Store it doesn't work it's outdated 👀:kali:

when running vncserver-start command vncserver doesn't start
I will suggest try Ubuntu or anything else

There will be two reasons 1) file download with error
2) your device not have min space to run debian
