Alt Tabbing Lag
When I alt tab on valorant to discord to check messages or onto chrome I start lagging the game and my whole pc and it says low client fps as well as my whole pc monitor turning off any solutions to this?

Valorant Monitor Freeze
This just started occuring today and I need help fixing it. I changed my resin the nvidia control panel to 1280 x 1024 and in the game so idk if that's the problem or because i changed the in game language to Japanese someone please help.
