Also for responsiveness it should be 1 item in odd and 2 items in even rows

Thanks @MarkBoots , I've achieved the layout with flexbox already but your way is better one.
The responsiveness is a mess to do with this design, I asked the client to change the design. Because it is made for print not for web...
