voice chat and text chat issue
My voice and text chat are not working even tho my internet is stable and i have a stable ping and idk what to do, how can i fix it?

Lag in game
I keep lagging in game, which also ruins it when i play unrated for example specially, when i'm in mid game and it just lags while i'm in sight of enemies, its been bothering me for a long time now, and i don't know what to do so could someone tell me what to do?
