I have a good pc and although i normally run 18-19 ping around twice a round i randomly get insane lag spikes even bringing my ping up to 4 thousand and because of this i find it very hard to enjoy my games if mid fight i just either fully disconect or keep seeing the same thing al over again

Glitchy pullout
Whenever i pull something out like util/weapon it has a chance to pull out for about 1/2 of a second then go back to how it was before any help for this?
