Cant install Mojo
finally got it. thanks for help:
uninstall ubunto
open cmd as admin
wsl --unregister Ubuntu
wsl --install Ubuntu
sudo apt install python3.10-venv
then follow installation in modular website and you are good to go!

Mojo installation got stuck
first time trying this, it stuck as well. and waited for a very long time in windows subsystem doing nothing, so I topped it manually and started "modular install mojo" again.
I had a log error, but it recommended that i use "modular clean" which i did and then got another error:
modular: error: failed to run python:
very stupid installation!
