just try solo for 4 5 matches and play well that should fix your mmr and your rr gains / loses will become normal. Heck you might get placed into a higher mmr lobby ( in your case a gold 3 / plat 1 lobby )

Update Problem
try downloading the installer through google for valorant and running it. Its gonna fix any errors if there's any and replace / fix the corrupted files
