Harbour Buffs
Imo harbour is underpowered compared to most of the other controller agents so here are my ideas for buff that I think would make him on a good level with the other controllers
-All of his walls should slow enemies for slightly longer and not slow teammates at all
-His bubble/shield should take 25 bullets to break
-His ultimate should have slightly less time before it stuns so that it is less dodgeable
what do you guys think of these ideas and what are your thoughts on harbour
