Problems logging in
Hello,
I want to do valorant with a friend of mine, only when she wants to log in she gets a codee sent to her with no way. In the spam folder there is nothing. Email address is also correct. Does anyone have an idea what we can do?

all crosshairs gone
I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem.... But yesterday I noticed that all my saved crosshairs were gone. I couldn't find my favorite one anywhere.... So I added some of them back. Only now i start valo again and again all my saved crosshairs are gone.... How is this possible?
