Getting 30kb/s download speed while updating valo when i have 300mb/s speed

Voice and text chat keeps disconnecting
Randomly while playing game my voice chat and text chat got disconnect
i couldn't talk to party or team members
it does get fixed when u turn off and on the party and team chat in settings but doesn't last long
does anyone have this issue or know how to fix it
I tried everything from internet and nothing works
(reinstalled vanguard and valorant twice , changed my firewall and router settings
closed any background apps that could effect,
tried changing microphone settings)
