when my friend use valorant there speed remains the same like when they dont open valo 40mbps when they open valo 40mpbs meanwhile me i open vlao 0.1 mbps we use same wifi how to fix this

When I'm not playing valorant my mbps is 100 when I'm playing valorant it drops to 10 so I can't really voice chat in discord how to fix it?
