Hello, If I try to play any game mode, at the instant I click play it shows me VAL 5 error. How do I fix it

Need help regarding increasing performance
Hello there. My pc specifications are as followed
Core i7 10th gen
8gb ddr4 ram
Mx350 2gb Vram
I only get around 60 fps and the cpu and GPU utilisation when I'm in a game is only about 20%. I'm playing in the lowest graphics settings and yet no improvement in fps. Kindly let me know if I can optimize anything.
