if you think your doing bad try to play 1-2 games to check if you did worst after that take a break a break takes long maybe a day or more

in my opinion aim labs helps you get use to your sensitivity while in game it helps you get more succesful kills

also i advise practicing your aim in game if you heard like a youtuber say go to aim lab and practice , well they arent wrong but arent correct aim lab helps with mechanical aim but most of the time youl use your passive / pre aim
