my account was sloten and banned
I opened here before but I couldn't open it, the answer was limited, let me explain again, I was going to enter my account about 1 year ago, my account was banned from the 3rd party, then I entered my side account and checked my account, reyna was played, but I didn't play it, then I opened a ticket but there was no answer.

I don't remember a long time ago, 1 year ago or something, I was going to enter valorant in my account, but I was banned from 3rd party software, I didn't fully understand, I looked at the career from my side account, the last time I entered full throttle and played reyna and went 0 5, I didn't play this match, please help me, I sent a ticket to valoranta many times, but the same answer was always given.

game closes after riot games screen
I open valorant and enter, then I stay on the riot games screen for about 15 seconds and the game closes without saying anything, I tried many ways, I reset the computer, I still can't enter, help
