Windows native SDK support
again asking this (ik it's getting repetitive, sorry 🙃) but... any new update on GPU support and native windows?
Also could you clarify why gpu support is important and is it a new thing in this language or has it existed before.
(I'm a student in class 12... just really interested in this stuff 😃)

How to tell Mojo that something is intended to be constant?
Okay so it aint crystal clear to me yet... but wasn't "let" one of the reasons why mojo was faster and better and more secure than python? And instead of removing it.. why not keep it optional?
