Guyss i had win 11 preinstalled but i downloaded win 10 and i again want win 11 if i reset my pc will i get win 11 back?

fps drop
Guyss I have a rtx 3050ti i5 12500h 16gb when I upgraded to windows 11 22h2 I get 200 fps but I used to get 300 on 21h2 should I downgrade to win 10 or is it the same?
