Not able to run the worker server locally.

Hello I am new to cloudflare. I am not able to run the server locally,it throws this error MiniflareCoreError [ERR_RUNTIME_FAILURE]: The Workers runtime failed to start. There is likely additional logging output above. X [ERROR] There was an access violation in the runtime. On Windows, this may be caused by an outdated Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable library.
